Privacy Policy — Gulf Coast Home Projects

Gulf Coast Home Projects ("GCHP," "we," "us") is operated by Lyons Commerce Group LLC, based in Lake Charles, Louisiana, serving Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you tell us about a home improvement project, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you submit a project inquiry (for example through a Facebook lead form, our website, or by phone), we collect only what you provide:

Your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code or city
Your project type, approximate budget range, and desired timeline
Whether you want information about financing options
Whether you agree to be contacted by text message (a separate, optional choice on the form)

We do not collect credit scores, Social Security numbers, bank information, or other financial application details through our project inquiry forms.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and talk through your project options
To send you information about financing options only if you asked for it — financing is always optional and is never a condition of telling us about a project
To connect you with a local contractor partner only with your permission (see Sharing, below)
To understand which project types and areas we serve best, in aggregate

Financing is separate

If you choose to explore financing, you will be directed to our financing partner, Enhancify, at enhancify.com/gulf-coast-home-projects. Anything you submit on Enhancify's site is handled under Enhancify's own privacy policy and terms. GCHP receives a summary of your pre-qualification status (such as your name, city, and the amounts you requested and were pre-approved for) so we can follow up with you. Checking your options there uses a soft credit pull, which does not affect your credit score. Financing approval is never guaranteed.

We never share your financing application details or credit information with contractors. Contractors receive project information only — never financial information.

Sharing

Contractor partners: If you ask to be connected with a contractor, we share your name, contact information, and project details with the partner matched to your project type and area, so they can prepare an estimate and contact you about the project.
Service providers: We use platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Squarespace to collect and store inquiries. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies.
We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We send text messages only if you separately opt in on the form or otherwise give us permission. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Opting out of texts does not affect any other part of your inquiry.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for following up on your project, and we delete it on request. To ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@gulfcoasthomeprojects.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
